Where are your products made?

Everything is handmade by our family in small batches in Devon, UK.

Are your products 100% natural?

Yes. Our skincare is made from plant oils, butters, botanicals and natural clays, with no synthetic fragrance, parabens, sulphates or fillers. The full ingredient list is on every product page.

Which ritual is right for my skin?

Our rituals page explains each one. As a guide: the Clarifying Ritual suits oily or congested skin, the Balancing Ritual suits combination skin, and the Reviving Ritual suits dry or mature skin. You can also build your own, or get in touch and we'll help you choose.

I have sensitive skin. Can I use your products?

Our formulas are gentle, but everyone's skin is different, so we always recommend a patch test before first use. If you have any allergies, please check the full ingredient list or ask us before you buy.

How much is postage and how quickly will my order arrive?

UK postage is £3.95, and delivery is free on our larger sets. Orders are usually dispatched with Royal Mail within 3–4 business days. See Delivery & Returns for more.

Can I get my order by a certain date or gift wrapped?

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us at kind-oils@outlook.com within 10 days with your name, address, order number and a description (photos if possible), and we'll send a full refund or replacement.
